Chicken Ham and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Begin your day with a delightful and fulfilling breakfast sandwich that's quick and easy to make. These chicken ham and cheese breakfast sandwiches are perfect for a savory morning treat.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread (your choice of type)
  • 4 slices of chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or a bit of butter

Instructions:

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter.
  2. While the skillet is heating, beat the eggs in a bowl and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and cook them, gently stirring, until they're just set. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Lay out the slices of bread.
  5. Place a slice of chicken ham on one slice of bread.
  6. Spoon a portion of the scrambled eggs onto the same slice.

  8. Top with the remaining slice of bread.
  9. Heat the skillet over medium heat.

  12. Slice the sandwich in half and serve hot.
